After a running injury and years of high‑intensity training that left my body feeling worn down, I discovered yoga in 201d everything4,and changed. Yoga showed me that I didn’t need to push myself to extremes to feel good. It offered a kinder, more sustainable way to move, supporting both my physical and mental wellbeing.
Alongside my career as a full‑time, self‑employed hairdresser, I’ve always loved connecting with people and listening to their stories. Teaching felt like a natural extension of that connection. In March 2023, I qualified as a yoga teacher and have been sharing a variety of classes ever since.
In 2024, I began my Reformer Pilates journey and now enjoy teaching both mat and reformer Pilates, blending strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
My own experiences, including ongoing mobility challenges, shape the way I teach. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone feels supported. I truly believe that movement is for EVERYBODY and every body—no exceptions.
