After suffering a running injury and years of intense exercise that wore on my body, I discovered the healing power of yoga in 2014. Yoga taught me that I didn’t need to push myself to extremes to feel good. Instead, it offered a way to care for my body while enhancing my mental and physical well-being.
As a full-time, self-employed hairdresser, I’ve always loved connecting with people and hearing their stories. Teaching yoga felt like a natural extension of that passion. In March 2023, I became a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching a variety of classes ever since.
My personal journey, combined with ongoing mobility challenges, has shaped my approach to yoga. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. I firmly believe that yoga is for EVERYBODY and every body—no exceptions.
