Private yoga sessions are designed to give you personalized attention – before, during and after our session together. As your private yoga/movement teacher, I show up for you and your needs based on that day. Whether it's healing from an injury or scheduling conflicts that keep you from group classes, private lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Private 1:1 yoga is a good fit for you if:

You're a beginner and want a safe and supportive environment to learn something new.

You have personal goals & needs that you want to focus on

You need to be able to work around an inconsistent or irregular schedule on a week-to-week basis

You want a class tailored to your limitations, injuries or health concerns

PRICING

Individually booked sessions are £60 for 60 minutes.

Membership and package options available at a reduced rate. See options.

• £210 every 4 weeks for 4 sessions (£52.50 /session).

• £360 every 4 weeks for 8 sessions (£45/session).

• £275 for a 5 class package (£55/session, exp 3 months)

HOW IT WORKS

1. First, purchase a single session, membership or package

2. Then book your 1:1 session on the offerings page

3. You’ll get a confirmation email with additional details

4. New students please fill out this INTAKE FORM.

5. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Private lessons require 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. You will be issued a full refund if you cancel prior to 24 hours before class. No refunds for cancelling within 24 hours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What do I need?

A: Yourself and wear comfortable clothing. A spacious area enough for you and your yoga mat and me to walk around you, a room that is warm enough but an option to open a window. Preferably quiet and distraction free.

If you have a water bottle and any personal props, you are welcome to use them. Otherwise, I,ve got everything else that you need.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel due to an emergency?

A: It’s rare that an emergency will strike, but we understand that things come up. We implement a 24 hour cancellation policy and ask that you cancel before that timeframe. If an emergency comes up, please email us as soon as you can and we can discuss your options.
